Additional Information
Francis was born in Ireland in 1864. By the time of the 1891 census he was living with his wife Marion and one year old daughter Kathleen in Portsea, Portsmouth. By 1915 they had moved to 24 Amity Grove, Raynes Park.
He joined the 2nd Battalion of the Irish Guards. He died in action in France on 24 March 1918 and is commemorated in St Saviours Church.
