Private Charles Ernest Lawrence Livingstone was a member of the Canadian infantry. Service number 687231. He served in the 72nd Batallion of the British Columbia Regiment, fighting for the British on the Western Front. He was killed in action on 23rd April 1918. He is buried at the La Targuette British Cemetery, Neuville-St.Vaast in France (ll.J.5). He is also remembered on the south wall of the Apolostic Church (formerly St. Peter’s) in Kohat Road, Wimbledon SW19.
