At present we have no information about A Griffiths. The 2nd/6th Battalion of the Essex Regiment were sent to Gallipoli in 1915 then withdrawn in December that year and spent the rest of the war in Egypt.
It is likely that Private Griffiths was injured and sent home. He is buried in Streatham Park Cemetery.
