This is a standard memorandum from the Medals Branch of the War Office, based at Hanwell.
It shows that Arthur's medals should be sent to his mother, who has now re-married and is Mrs Ford. She is living at 1 Portland Terrace, Denton, Newhaven and has signed a guarantee to hand them to the late soldier's father should he appear and claim them.
